- The house is located on the island of ŽUT ( archipelago KORNATI ) in the bay ŽEŠNJA in an isolated place – where there are 3-4 houses.
- In the neighbouring bay there is restaurant -15 min with a small boat , where “SUPERMARKET” boat (selling food and basic necessities) – comes every second day in the season and 1-2 times weekly outside of season.
- MARINA ŽUT (with restaurants, markets ) is about 10 min. with a small boat.
- 1 BEDROOM – double bed
- KITCHEN – additional bed, refrigerator and stove are gas-operated.
- ELECTRICITY IS SOLAR – 12 V
- WATER – There is sufficient water, but it must be used with reasonable care.
- BATHROOM ( wc , washbasin)
- OUTSIDE SHOWER (water-tank or solar bag heated by the sun ).
- PORT, TERRACE, GRILL
- Transport to the fishing house and back is organized by us, by boat (there is no public transport) and a one-way journey takes 2-3 hours, depending on sea conditions, it is included in price
- Small boat (engine 4hp) included in price.
