- The house is located on the island of ŽIŽANJ ( archipelago KORNATI ) in the bay JOTA (where there more are 2-3 houses), in an isolated place
- ISLAND VRGADA (with restaurants, markets ) is about 45 min. with a small boat.
- In the neighbouring bay – 5 min with a small boat and 10 min. on foot – “SUPERMARKET” boat (selling food and basic necessities) – comes every second day in the season and 1-2 times weekly outside of season.

- refrigerator and stove are gas-operated.
- ELECTRICITY IS SOLAR – 12 V
- WATER ( from water-tank). There is sufficient water, but it must be used with reasonable care. Use of water is only possible with buckets.

- PORT,TERRACE, GRILL
- Transport to the fishing house and back is organized by us, by boat (there is no public transport) and a one-way journey takes 1-1,5 hours, depending on sea conditions.
It costs 200 EUR for a return journey for 2 or more persons. - It is possible to rent a small boat. It costs 55 EUR per day without fuel.
